Home sales in Swartz Creek are up four units this year to 67 sales in the first quarter of 2011 vs. first quarter 2010 which saw 63 sales. The average sales price is down from $97,140 to $90,357. I do not see the dip in sales price as anything more than change in available inventory from 2010, there are almost 50 less homes on the market this year and people are buying what is available.
