Q3 Home Prices Up 9.6% In Genessee County.

The average price of a home sold in Genesee County in the third quarter of 2010 was 9.6% higher on average than a home sold in the same quarter of 2009. This marks the the second consecutive quarterly price increase and the fifth out of the last six quarters. Heck yes prices are still going up this year! For the fourth quarter in a row prices will be rising in Genesee County. The average sales price so far in the third quarter of 2010 is $73,396 up from $67,808 in third quarter of 2009 and up from $72,589 in second quarter of 2010!
